- I'm 23 years old and a Graduate student at La Salle University. I am studying to be a marriage and family therapist and will be done in about a year and a half, assuming that i go to school year round. i am hoping to come to terms with my hair and end the war that has been going on for the last 23 years. will sisterlocks be the answer? we shall see! My installation date is 10/1/2008.

Yep....the same thing happened to me in the beginning.... There was one point where many of my locs were sealed with balls hanging on by a couple hairs...
It's normal....
good to know...thanks! also very exciting...i'm coming up on 8 months and these little balls are growing in abundance!
